Botox

Neuromodulators such as Botox or Nuceiva are used to reduce facial wrinkles. With aging, the facial fat is reduced and the facial muscles become hyperactive, resulting in skin wrinkling.
The neuromodulators are used to relax the muscles and hence blunt the wrinkles. Botox is clinically proven to eliminate those wrinkles by preventing nerve signals from causing the facial muscles to contract, fine lines and wrinkles are relaxed and softened. A clear liquid is injected with an ultra-fine needle into the treatment area during Botox Cosmetic injections. It uses botulinum toxin type A, specifically OnabotulinumtoxinA, to paralyze muscles temporarily. With aging, the facial fat is reduced, and the facial muscles become hyperactive, resulting in skin wrinkling. Watch as those wrinkles on your face soften and smooth out over the next few weeks!
Medical Use
There are numerous health conditions that can be treated with Botox injections, including migraines, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and teeth grinding (bruxism). In addition, Botox injections may help prevent chronic migraines by blocking the nerve impulses that cause pain signals to travel through the body. Several medical insurance plans cover Botox for medical use and AHS covers the doctor's consultation and injection fees for Botox for chronic migraine
